Job Responsibilities:
Our scope of work required activities in all trades, including but not limited to:
CARPENTRY
- Decks and handrails
- Framing for walls
- Subfloor repairs
- Rim joist repairs
- Cabinetry installations (kitchen, bath and laundry)
- Formica counter tops
- Base, crown and other types of molding
- Interior paneling
- Exterior siding and trim
- Fascia and trim repair
FLOORING, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, DRYWALL, PAINTING
ALUMA-WOOD PRODUCTS, ROOFING, WINDOW / DOORS, HVAC, CONCRETE / MASONRY
Job Requirements:
· Able to plan, prioritize, and manage remodel projects
· Plumbing, electrical, carpenter experience a must
· Valid driver's license
· Physical ability to move around; Bend, stretch, stoop, stand, sit, balance, climb stairs and ladders; Lift, carry, push/pull a minimum of 50 pounds and maximum of 125 pounds with assistance
